JRS Engineering Ltd is one of the best Envelope Consultants in the Greater Vancouver area. I am working with JRS on several jobs in and around Vancouver and can only highly recommend them. Their staff is well trained. If required they will go above and beyond to make the building air and water tight to follow canadian standards. This is not always easy in this wet Vancouver climate! Onsite JRS is reviewing the window wall installation and make sure the trade is installing as per shop drawings reviewed by the Architect and the Envelope consultants . Following the field reviews JRS is conducting several window tests to assure the water and air tightness of the building and to check for any installation failures. In addition to field visits JRS is reviewing details and specifications in regards to the building envelope before they will be issued for construction, helping out to create the best detail and also helping to revise details as per site conditions. I highly recommend JRS!

Dealt with Raman from Marvel Engineering for the first time. Overall it was a great experience. He is knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. Took my recommendations into consideration and applied them to the overall design. Plans were delivered in a timely manner and communication was always fluid. Will definitely use again for my future projects.

Great company. Honest and upfront about all aspects of their work.

They are doing a balcony reconstruction project on my apartment building, which started in September and was supposed to be 12-14 weeks. We are now in May and they have delayed the delivery of materials for over 3 months! They cannot manage a simple task such as ordering railings for a balcony. Do not use them unless you want your project to take years instead of months. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
